AMERICAN ACADEMY OF VETERINARY DERMATOLOGY RECOGNIZES MEMBERS FOR CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS

Craig E. Griffin, DVM, and James O. Noxon, DVM, Are Honored

The American Academy of Veterinary Dermatology (AAVD) presented the 2014 and 2015 Frank Král Award for Achievements in Veterinary Dermatology to two veterinarians who have demonstrated outstanding achievements and dedicated service to the veterinary profession and specialty of veterinary dermatology. The awardees, Craig E. Griffin, DVM, and James O. Noxon, DVM, were recognized at the recent North American Veterinary Dermatology Forum in Nashville.

Dr. Griffin, the 2014 recipient, is a past president of both AAVD and the American College of Veterinary Dermatology. He is the founder and co-owner of the Animal Dermatology Clinics. The 2015 recipient, Dr. Noxon, is a professor in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Services at Iowa State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.
